What may be returned
We accept eligible new merchandise for return whether it has a defect or not, and we accept requests for exchanges. A non-defective item returned for preference or an ordering mistake must be new, unused, and in original condition. Tell us about a defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed item; such an item is not required to be undamaged for review.
Request deadline and approval
Start a return or exchange request within 30 days after delivery by writing to lasisada386@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email, reason, and photos or video if there is a product problem. Obtain approval before mailing anything; we will confirm the correct destination and instructions.
Return mailing
A free prepaid return label is included in the original package. If it is absent or lost, contact us for assistance. Approved eligible returns have no restocking fee. The General contact address is not automatically the return facility.
Refund or exchange
Exchange fulfilment depends on review and available stock. Once a refund is approved, we process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the funds. Your mandatory consumer rights remain in place.
